FlixFox App - Official Terms and Conditions

Preamble

This document constitutes a legally binding User Agreement (“Terms”) between you (“User,” “you,” “your”) and the FlixFox Application (“FlixFox,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our streaming services, software, and content. By installing, accessing, or using the FlixFox App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

1. The Service

The FlixFox App provides a digital streaming service (the “Service”) that allows users to watch a wide variety of movies, web series, and other video content. The Service is offered through two tiers:

  • Ad-Supported Service:Allows you to watch videos from a vast library for free, supported by advertisements.
  • Premium Service:An optional, paid subscription that unlocks premium features, including but not limited to ad-free streaming, access to exclusive content, unlimited downloads, and Full-HD quality

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. Creating an account may be required to access certain functionalities, such as our premium features. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Premium Codes

Access to our Premium Service requires a paid subscription.

  • In-App Purchases:You can purchase a subscription directly within the App by navigating to the “Me > Subscribe” section.
  • Premium Codes:Alternatively, you may activate a subscription using a Premium Code. These codes must be purchased from sellers listed in the official “Premium Code Seller List” within the App to be considered valid. To prevent fraud and ensure the security of your account, you are explicitly warned not to purchase codes from any unauthorized sellers.

4. Referral Program Rules

FlixFox offers a promotional referral program allowing users to earn cash rewards. Participation is subject to the following rules:

  • You must use your exclusive invitation linkto invite new users.
  • Rewards are granted only for “Valid New Users,” defined as individuals who download and register through your link and have not previously used any of our company’s applications.
  • We utilize a proprietary anti-cheating algorithmto monitor for fraudulent activity. Any User found to be in breach of these rules, or attempting to manipulate the system, will face immediate account termination from the program and forfeiture of all accrued rewards.

5. Intellectual Property and Limited License

The FlixFox App, including its branding, interface, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of FlixFox and its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.

6. User Conduct and Restrictions

As a condition of your use of the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Sell, rent, lease, or sub-license your account or access to premium features.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without express permission.
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls of the App.

7. Account Termination

FlixFox reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service without prior notice for any violation of this User Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activity in the referral program or infringement of intellectual property rights.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. While we strive to provide a peaceful and smooth viewing experience, we are not responsible for any technical malfunctions or other problems. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlixFox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
